was strawberry moon at solstice. we stare the star sol straight in the face as you take your journey south again. they say close only counts in horseshoes hand grenades lawn darts and atom bombs. the moment you are closest, though infinitesimal, gives immutable energy for a hundred days and nights. see you again soon hopefully.

equinox, equality of light and dark at earth’s equator. as the tilted north pole begins turning toward sol we north of the equator experience not as short days and not as long nights. the northern hemisphere calls this solar system point in space and time, the beginning of spring. the vernal equinox. on our way to summer solstice. the moon almost full and a partial eclipse. the added bonus is a comet approaching.
